The EMERGE Mentorship Program pairs EMERGE students with prominent Houston area professionals to help them build social capital through meaningful relationships and mentorship. Mentors are paired with an EMERGE student in their senior year of high school. We hope that mentors spend time during the senior year serving as a thought-partner and resource for the student. Additionally, as the student transitions to college, we hope mentors continue to work with our students to help them find internships in Houston and inform them about career pathways they may not have considered.
